The first 100% bolt-in live-axle ever made for 2005-2020 Challenger, Charger, Charger AWD, 300C and Magnum.

Did you know our initial prototypes first used factory spring locations? There was a bunch of reasons we did away with this feature.

First, it was too easy to over spring. IRS and IFS always have something called “motion ratio”. Motion ratio refers to the movement of any given point in the suspension in relation to the movement of the ball joint or tire. With many IRS units having close to a 2:1 motion ratio, spring rates are high (300-500 lbs/inch). Live axle suspensions on the other hand tend to have a 1:1 ratio, meaning the movement of the tire is directly related to compression of the spring.

If everyone installed a factory spring in their ACME “Big Stick”, it would literally be double the rate required to suspend the car appropriately and result in poor performance and poor ride quality.

Second, we needed a place to run the exhaust. Those notches you see under the “axle tubes”? That’s for exhaust clearance for folks that want to run a full exhaust.

Faster acceleration, better traction on all surfaces, increased durability of your factory driveline components, easy to install and 100% bolt-in… no cutting of anything on the body of your car. OEM ride quality and comfort with race-grade performance. Drag race, Road Race, Autocross, Grocery-Getter. ACME “Big Stick”.
