CAD modeled like most of our components, laser cut, and radius step brake got our profile correct while we used the 50-ton press to form the end curves. Welded with 4043 Al Rod, lots of grinding and flat-filing later, and PRESTO! Neat looking bumpers that make all your friends say, “how did you guys make that?”
